Philips Lumalive tests the stage wear application
23-25 November, 2007
Philips Lumalive cooperated with Joji inc in exploring the possibilities of applying it’s luminating fabrics in a dance performance. The premiere of performance called IM-agined takes place during the STRP festival in Eindhoven from 23 to 25 November. The Lumalive fabrics will be incorporated in the costumes of the dancers and their surroundings. For Philips Lumalive this will be a one time activity, strictly intended for the testing purposes.

Lumalive at the Dutch Design Week 2007

During the Dutch Design week 2007 a special attention was paid to textile and fashion: from swimsuit to textile lab. Focusing on design and textile from Eindhoven, the exhibition of DESIGN INSIDE OUT showed that the design and technology can lead to innovative textile products. At this location in the Hall 4, Lumalive presented the light-emitting event gear, the product
that will be launched at the end of 2007.
